Working for all of Cincinnati. Says Who!?!
Bobby Hilton is not a journalist. He's a preacher. A pretty damn good preacher. He's also president of the Cincinnati Chapter of the National Action Network -- the city's only independent civil rights organization, now that COAST and The Tea Party have purchased the Cincinnati NAACP, are manipulating its psuedo-leader Christopher Smitherman, and are pimping the members (using them like slaves to collect signatures on petitions for free, while they pay white people to collect signatures, write the petitions, and print the petitions).
A few weeks ago, Bobby Hilton interviewed Cincinnati Mayoral candidate John Cranley. (We mentioned the interview in our blog entry "Council Doesn't Give A Damn About Black Businesses.") Hilton promised to invite Cranley's competitor, Vice Mayor Roxanne Qualls, on his WDBZ radio show. The date is set. Qualls is supposed to be on WDBZ (1230am) with Bobby Hilton tomorrow, Sunday, March 10, 2013, from 3:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
We are sure you, our faithful readers, want Hilton to pressure Qualls to answer the tough questions we want answered but are worried he'll do a soft, friendly, Christian-style interview. We understand he is not a journalist, but we hope he Keeps It Real, like Rev. Al Sharpton always says.
The Cincinnati Black Blog will be listening!!! You can too. If you're in Cincinnati you can listen to the radio. If you are online, you can listen to the interview by going to thebuzzcincy.com. There's also a WDBZ app. If you decided to listen, please let us know what you think.
