Republican Joe Deters Launches Sexist And Racially-Charged Attack On Janaya Trotter

I need your help! Two days ago, I filed a complaint with the IRS asking them to investigate the Cincinnati NAACP and Chris Smitherman. Why? Because Republican Hamilton County Prosecuting Attorney Joe Deters gave a possibly illegal $25,000 donation to Smitherman in exchange for his support against Joe's opponent, endorsed Democrat, Dr. Janaya Trotter.
Here's the problem: Dirty Deters and Smitherman had their friends at the Cincinnati Enquirer publish a really negative and nasty story on their Politics Extra blog. Republicans across the country have been engaged in a "WAR ON WOMEN." Their war includes them belittling and speaking patronizingly about female candidates.
The tone of the Enquirer blog was so dismissive and insulting, I almost hate to provide a link to it. I only do so because I want you to read for yourself how Dirty Deters talks about his opponent. Then ask yourself, if he will talk like that to a professional woman and licensed attorney, how will he talk to other women?

Who is Dirty Deters to classify Dr. Trotter's valid views as nothing more than "assertions" and "desperate ploys"? Women's views shouldn't be so easily dismissed!!!
And who is Dirty Deters to talk about Dr. Trotter as if she is a child who "needs to do her homework"? Who is this man to question Dr. Trotter's competence and claim she is so incompetent she makes "reckless charges" and says things when she doesn't know what she is talking about?
Will you please consider sending a message to the Republicans? The way to tell them IT IS NOT OK TO ATTACK WOMEN is by supporting Dr. Trotter today!!!

Look, there's no good way of saying this...JOE DETERS ATTACKED DR. TROTTER FOR NO GOOD REASON. SHE DIDN'T FILE THE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE NAACP. I DID.
I'm not in any way affiliated with Dr. Trotter's campaign. I've never even met the lady. But, I know that, with your support, Dr. Trotter can beat Dirty Deters and clean up the prosecutor's office.
I filed the complaint because I think Deters is using drug forfeiture money to fund his personal political campaign slush fund. By giving $25,000 to the NAACP, he was trying to buy Black people's votes. From what I've seen and read about Dr. Trotter, she appears to be focused on ending corruption and financial mismanagement in the prosecutor's office.
You might remember that Joe used to be Ohio's state treasurer. People working for him ILLEGALLY FUNNELLED MONEY THROUGH THE HAMILTON COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY. OE USED TO THE STATE TREASURER'S OFFICE FOR MISUSE OF FUNDS. One of Deters' flunkies, Matt Borges, pleaded guilty to steering state investment business to brokers from Lehman Brothers in exchange for campaign donations to Dirty Deters. The donations were funneled through the Hamilton County Republican Party. This guy is now the executive director of the Ohio Republican Party and he is helping steer money into Dirty Deters' campaign.
Dr. Trotter doesn't have crooks like Matt Borges working for her. She doesn't have a flunky working in the state party steering money to her campaign. But, if you care about honest public servants and non-corrupt government, you can help Dr. Trotter defeat the powerful forces working against her. Together, WE CAN DEFEAT DIRTY DETERS.
