Jesse Jackson Has Gone Too Far
My friend General Kabaka Oba of the Black Fist is always telling me that someone has gone too far. "Nathaniel Livingston, Jr. let me just tell you this. We at the Black Fist believe that (insert name) has/have gone too far!" It might be Mike Allen, or Charlie Luken, or the Jews, or the Gays. Somebody always seems to be going too far.
So, I read this letter (pdf reader required) on the Rainbow/PUSH Coalition's website. The letter itself is innocent enough, but when I got to the bottom I noticed two signatures. One was Rev. Jesse Jackson's, the Founder & President of the organization. Makes sense. Then I saw the signature of the organization's chairman: Martin L. King, Jr. WTF!?!?! Did I read the name wrong? Is this Dr. King's son, Martin Luther King, III, working in collaboration with Rev. Jackson on a project, or is this the real Martin Luther King, Jr.? And if this is Dr. King, how did his signature get on this letter when he was shot almost 40 years ago and is dead? Dead men tell no tales and they don't sign letters about Nielsen ratings systems.
I also wondered why Jesse Jackson was identified as "Reverend" while Martin L. King, Jr. has no title. Wasn't Dr. King a reverend too?
I've always like Rev. Jackson (still do) and supported him even when he was getting kicked around. I'm gonna make a call to Chicago in the morning to see what's up with this. There may be a good explaination. But until I hear one, all I can say is JESSE JACKSON HAS GONE TOO FAR THIS TIME.

Hey Nate, that's what Checker Fred says on Barbershop. Old Eddie make some remark and Checker Fred jumps up and says: "Now you've gone too far." Eddie says: "Is this a barbershop? Is this a barbershop? No one is off limits in a barbershop.
Eddie also said Fxxx Jesse Jackson.
